Maru Ming, male, born in 1977, 1998, graduated from the History Department of Teachers College Qingdao University, secondary level teachers, teachers bear living in Qingdao School for the Blind. 

Qingdao Blind nearly 170 boarding students from pre-school, elementary to high school, college, age span, individual differences are significant. Limited by their physical condition, blind students in the learning experience difficulties in life ordinary people can not imagine, require more care and help. Faculty positions in life, dealing with special needs students pay attention to ways, methods, especially for students with special needs should be more concerned about the students' grasp of physiological, psychological characteristics and changes in order to get the job done. Maru Ming teacher establish devotional service awareness, with a strong sense of responsibility towards work and dedication to selfless love their students, in a pragmatic manner, combined with his experience in the general secondary teacher decade, for different characteristics of students, the use of flexible methods to help students overcome a difficulty, to promote their healthy growth, with good results, has been widely recognized by students.
