Li Weiguo, male, born in 1975, graduated from Qingdao University in 1997, a middle school teacher, is now a school for the blind in Qingdao IT teachers in the school network, audio-visual and IT teaching. 

School for the Blind's IT courses have been well received by one of the students loved the course, while secondary students learning in other subjects occupy an important position. In the IT teaching, Li Weiguo teacher Blind students from the reality, the new technology and the concept of continuous integration to IT education among the students to explore and develop a series of student operational software methods and techniques to win the students praise.
